Who we are.

The German communication designer Olav Jünke and the Italian industrial and strategic designer Francalma Nieddu are jointly responsible for the management and creative directorship of ondesign. We advise every client personally. We believe in an intensive creative dialogue as our working method: within the ondesign team, with designers, writers and consultants, with our network of external experts and together with our clients – across national and cultural boundaries.
